Our Story
Lux Key Concierge was not built from a business plan. It was built from a problem that kept showing up.
Founder Ephraim Adatto—known to his clients as Fry—comes from a family deeply rooted in Miami real estate. For years, his family worked closely with South American buyers purchasing luxury second homes across Miami's coastal neighborhoods: Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour, Surfside. These buyers were not investors flipping properties. They were families, professionals, and individuals who chose Miami as their place to return to—a home away from home, often thousands of miles away.

The problem was consistent. Once the sale closed and the keys changed hands, these owners were on their own. They were abroad or across the country with no trusted local presence, no one to check on the property, no one to handle the small things before they became expensive ones. When something went wrong — and in Miami's climate, something always eventually does—they found out about it far too late.

Fry created Lux Key Concierge to solve that problem. What began as a service for his family's real estate clients has grown over ten years into a full home watch and concierge operation serving second-home owners throughout Miami's most sought-after neighborhoods.

That background shapes everything: how we communicate, what we prioritize, and why we treat every property like it belongs to someone we know personally. Because at the beginning, it did.

Most property management companies are built around rental income — tenants, leases, and occupancy rates. Lux Key is built around a different client entirely: the owner who values their Miami property as a personal residence and wants it maintained to that standard. We do not manage Airbnbs. We do not coordinate tenants. We do not take on projects outside our scope. That focus is not a limitation — it is the reason our clients trust us with the things that matter most.

We are not a national franchise or a remote operation managing properties by the dozens from an office elsewhere. Lux Key is a Miami business, operated by people who live here, know the buildings, understand the climate, and have the vendor relationships that come from a decade of showing up consistently. When a named storm is approaching or humidity spikes push a vacant property toward mold risk, we are already moving — because we have been through it before, in these neighborhoods, with these properties.
